| Injury of Contractual Obligations; Liability: |
(1) With injury of contractual obligations the rights of legal regulation according to the following agreements are entitled to the client opposite us.

If a defect appears later, so he has to be reprimanded immediately at the latest within 10 days after discovery in writing.
(5) The client is obliged to send back visible defective merchandise. The inspection of defective merchandise is effected by www.lanagrossa-store.com.
(6) There are no claims of the client because of defects, if after transmission a mistake is created because of external, mechanic or chemical influences to the purchase object, improper treatment or non-compliance of instruction referring treatment and care of the purchase object.
(7) With justified complaint in time during the period of warranty the client has the right of reimbursement of commodity price of the defective merchandise or the right of rectification; regarding the kind of rectification - elimination of defect or delivery of merchandise without defects, we have the right to choose. If the rectification fails or further attempts of rectification are unreasonable for the client, he is legitimated to depreciate the contract or to withdraw.
(8) Punitive damage claims are excluded regardless of the kind of duty failure, including forbidden actions, as far as willful or gross negligence doing is not known.
(9) With injury of essential contractual obligations we are responsible for each negligence, however only until the height of the foreseen damage. Claims in saved expenses, from rectification claims of third parties as well as other indirect damages and consequential damages cannot be required.
(10) As far as the warranty of us is excluded or limited, is this also valid for our employees, representatives and assistants.
(11) Rights of the client because of defects of the delivered merchandise become statute-barred in one year. The period of limitation starts with transmission of the transportation danger to the client.

| Right of Revocation: |
| Within 7 working days there is the right of revocation. Exclusively sufficient franked parcels are to be taken back. The order amount(without transportation fee) is to be credit with payment by credit card to the credit card account, by bank transfer or cash on delivery to the communicated bank account. The client can also require the transmission of a credit code, which will be reduced from a recent order. |
